Milton Whitley and Lisa Vernon
On April 8th over 150 AACLC students, tutors, and volunteers attended our 2014 Social at Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church. Jerry Walker, our 7th District County Councilman spoke, as well as our keynote speaker Milton Whitley, who shared his inspiring personal story of learning to read at age 52. There was delicious food for everyone and great fellowship.
