About 70,000 adults in Anne Arundel County lack the literacy skills needed to obtain a GED. The AACLC — Anne Arundel County Literacy Council— is transforming lives through free, convenient, individualized literacy and ESL instruction for adults and out-of-school youth.
Free literacy and ESL instruction for all adults and out-of-school youth in Anne Arundel County.
Convenient meeting times and locations for both student and tutor
Individualized instruction from a trained tutor based on the student’s personal reading level, goals, and interests.
