Thank you, AACPL, for your partnership!

2025 Book Fair: Our Biggest Ever
Our fifth-annual fundraiser BOOK FAIR at Annapolis Mall was a tremendous community success, with the highest turnout and support we’ve ever seen. The mall kindly donates its Community Room and Crate & Barrel Court space for this fantastic event. Discoveries: The Library at the Mall partners with the Literacy Council to provide event support and coordinating activities.
We thank all our donors, supporters, volunteers, shoppers, partners, local media promoters, and sponsors! More than 60 volunteers made the event possible, and at least 75 households, neighborhoods, and other groups donated gently used fiction and nonfiction. We sold thousands of books, raising much-needed funds for our free adult tutoring programs.
Thank you, Broadneck High School English Honor Society and National Honor Society student volunteers, for helping us haul over 280 boxes of donated books to the mall for the book fair!
Thank you, J. Lynwood Holmes, local author and owner of Old Fox Books for a delightful reading of the 2025 children’s book, Copernicus.
After the event, we donated the remaining books. They were delivered to Books for International Goodwill (BIG) in Annapolis.
A Fabulous 2024 Book Fair — Thank You!
