DESCRIPTION:Tutors! Are you new to tutoring and need a little feedback? Do you have some successful strategies to share? Do you need some strategies to overcome a tutoring challenge? \nCome to our Follow-On workshop on Saturday morning\, November 16th\, 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. at Wood’s Memorial Church in Severna Park\, Room 152. (go down the stairs located on the left – hand side of the lobby. At the bottom of the stairs turn right. Room 150 is the second classroom on the left.) \nShare how your first sessions are going and how we can help. Learn how to incorporate writing into your lessons and how to use some graphic organizers that can help your student organize her thoughts. Learn where to find informative videos to help you tutor. Our basic tutoring simply can’t cover all the strategies and resources that will make you a successful tutor.
